Chef Joe and his wife Angelica built the Kazuyo Sushi Truck from the ground up, rolling through the San Fernando Valley. People tracked it on social media and lined up every single time.

A Permanent Home
On December 1, Twisted Kazuyo Restaurant opened on Bouquet Canyon Road in Santa Clarita — the brick-and-mortar home the community had been asking for. Same Chef Joe, same standards, now with a full dining room.
